Merchandiser - Indian Nationals (Bungoma, Kenya)


We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in a visually appealing and organized manner to attract and engage customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays to showcase our products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective promotional strategies
- Train and supervise store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store shelves, racks, and displays
- Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for product improvements
- Manage budget and expenses related to merchandising activities

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in merchandising or retail sales.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, lift, and move objects for extended periods.

Salary: $1100 per month.
