Carpenter (Contract)
Location: Gujrat, India


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and will be able to work independently, following blueprints and building plans to meet project deadlines. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This is a contract position with the potential for extension or full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine materials needed
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut and shape materials to form structures according to specifications
- Join materials together with nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, cabinets, stairs, molding and trim
- Repair damaged or defective parts of structures using hand tools or power tools
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and building plans
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience.
