Online Consultant (English Speaking) - Chelyabinsk, Russia


We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Consultant to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online channels. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Help customers navigate our website and assist with any technical issues
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend solutions and upsell products when appropriate
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and policies

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Availability to work full-time hours without accommodation

Salary: $1600 per month
