We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's databases to ensure optimal performance and data integrity. Your role will include designing, implementing, and monitoring database structures, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You should have a strong understanding of database management systems, experience with database security and backup procedures, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with other IT professionals. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Database Administrator
- Proficient in database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Experience with database security and backup procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)

Responsibilities:
