Junior Commercial Architect

As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will assist in the design and development of commercial buildings in Washington. You will work closely with senior architects to create innovative and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients. This is a part-time position, ideal for those looking to gain experience in the field while completing their studies or other commitments. No previous experience is required, but a strong understanding of architectural principles and the ability to communicate effectively in English is essential. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in creating designs, drawings, and models for commercial buildings.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for client projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.
- Attend site visits and meetings as required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
