Job Title: Industrial Architect

We are a leading industrial design firm in Karachi, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits, including accommodation and visa sponsorship for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals for industrial buildings and facilities
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements
- Create detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Monitor project progress and provide guidance to contractors during the construction phase
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Review cost estimates and budget proposals for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect with a portfolio of successful projects in the industrial sector
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction materials, methods, and standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution
- Experience working on industrial projects in Karachi or similar cities in Pakistan
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
