Industrial Architect

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Faisalabad. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and creating industrial buildings, structures, and facilities that are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Your main goal will be to ensure that the industrial spaces we create meet the specific needs of our clients and comply with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities.
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Consider factors such as safety, functionality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness when designing industrial spaces.
- Research and incorporate sustainable design principles into projects to minimize environmental impact.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all necessary standards.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design development.
- Review project plans periodically to identify any potential issues or errors and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other relevant standards during all stages of the design process.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract position. As this is a contract job without accommodation provided by our company,
