Plasterboard Installation Technician

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Plasterboard Installation Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Plasterboard Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing plasterboard panels on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in plasterboard installation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard panels to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard panels on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using various tools
- Secure panels with screws or adhesive as per specifications
- Fill gaps between panels with joint compound and smooth out any imperfections
- Sand down rough edges and ensure a smooth surface for painting or wallpapering
- Repair or replace damaged plasterboard as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on construction sites
- Communicate effectively with contractors, project managers, and other team members

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in plasterboard installation
- Knowledge of various types of plasterboards and their uses
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in the installation process
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to work for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. This job is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
