As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in Multan, Pakistan. Your primary duty will be to assess the condition of the buildings, develop plans for their restoration and oversee the implementation of those plans. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in architecture and a passion for preserving historical landmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine their condition
- Develop detailed restoration plans that adhere to local preservation guidelines
- Collaborate with other architects and engineers to ensure the structural integrity of the restored buildings
- Oversee the implementation of restoration plans by contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and preservation guidelines
- Keep detailed records of all restoration projects and maintain accurate documentation of any changes made during the process
- Work closely with local authorities to obtain necessary permits for restoration projects
- Stay up-to-date with current preservation techniques and technologies to ensure best practices are being followed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture, preferably with a focus on historical preservation
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes in Pakistan
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for preserving historical landmarks

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
