Construction Project Manager


A reputable construction company in Sofia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee all construction activities and monitor progress
- Manage project resources effectively
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct quality control checks on workmanship and materials used

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: $1500 per month
