Indian Executive Chef in St. Petersburg
We are hiring an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating delicious Indian dishes for our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create innovative and authentic Indian dishes for our menu
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising their work
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of food cost control
- Creativity in developing new dishes
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain one
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
Salary: 1700$ per month
