Team Lead - Atlanta, USA (Remote)


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Atlanta. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote workers and ensuring their success in meeting project goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of remote workers, including setting goals, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among team members
- Provide training and support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Experience working with international teams is preferred but not required

Salary: $1600 per month
