Team Lead - Operations (Atlanta, USA)


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing operations team in Atlanta, USA. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our business processes. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of operations management. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Indian market, and must be willing to work with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of business processes
- Develop strategies to improve productivity and quality of work within the team
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Handle escalations from team members or clients in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Conduct regular training sessions for new employees or existing team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position
- Strong understanding of operations management principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working with Indian market preferred but not required
