Smelter Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Smelter Operator to join our team in Malindi. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment used to melt, smelt, and refine metal ores. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a hot and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to standard procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor and adjust temperature, pressure, and flow rates of molten metal
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or abnormalities
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor immediately
- Maintain accurate records of production data
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Work with a team to meet production targets

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- No English required, Urdu or other languages spoken in Pakistan is acceptable
- Must be physically fit and able to work in a hot and physically demanding environment
- Previous experience as a Smelter Operator is not required but considered an asset
- Must possess a biometric passport for travel purposes
