As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department. Your main duties will include managing a team of housekeeping staff, creating and implementing cleaning schedules, ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring high levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.

You must have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, with a strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and techniques. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also essential for this position.

In addition to managing the team, you will also be responsible for training new hires and conducting performance evaluations. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify areas that require extra attention.

Your role will also involve working closely with other departments such as front desk and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. As such, excellent customer service skills are necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and have strong time management skills. Fluency in English is required for this position.
