Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring their computer systems and software are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support services to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software applications, and peripheral equipment
- Train new users on basic system operations and provide ongoing support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring issues or potential improvements to systems or processes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), networking concepts, and common software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Experience working with virtual machines
- Certification in relevant technologies (A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional)

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with flexible work hours for part-time positions. Accommodation can also be provided for those relocating from outside Izhevsk.
