Temporary Barista in Gujrat, India


We are hiring a temporary Barista to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our customers. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace and providing excellent customer service. This is a temporary position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid work visa for India (sponsorship available)
- Fluent in English (Hindi or other local languages are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure high-quality products by following recipes and beverage standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory control by restocking supplies as needed
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time temporary position with flexible shifts including weekends. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the employment. The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
