Seasonal Barista


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Gujrat for a seasonal position. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea-based drinks, as well as other beverages and snacks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal job with no accommodation provided, so we are looking for someone who has the flexibility to work during peak hours and weekends. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea-based drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Ensure quality control by monitoring product freshness and presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista in a busy environment preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and different types of coffee beans
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Biometric passport is required
