We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our growing team in Isa Town. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping out land areas using specialized equipment and software. Your work will play a crucial role in various construction and development projects, ensuring that they are built on the correct plot of land and in compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys to gather data on land elevations, boundaries, and features
- Using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment to accurately measure and map out land areas
- Creating detailed reports, maps, and drawings based on survey data
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures on the surveyed land
- Researching property records and legal documents to determine property boundaries
- Communicating with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Experience using GPS and total stations for surveying
- Knowledge of local regulations related to land surveying
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other mapping software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport preferred

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Isa Town. Applicants must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in the area.
