Concrete Worker

We are in search of a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Wiltz. This full-time position is open to Indian candidates who do not need proficiency in English and do not require previous experience or accommodation. Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and leveling the area
- Set up concrete forms according to project specifications
- Pour, spread, and smooth concrete using various tools such as rakes, shovels, and trowels
- Operate power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders to cut and shape concrete
- Monitor the curing process of concrete and make adjustments as needed
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
