Debt Collection Officer - Split, Croatia


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Debt Collection Officer to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Debt Collection Officer, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via phone, email, and letters to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and collection activities
- Monitor delinquent accounts and initiate legal action when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client disputes or billing issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Debt Collection Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and debt collection software

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the finance or banking industry
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
