Formwork Technician

As a Formwork Technician, you will be responsible for constructing formwork structures to support concrete during construction projects. This role requires prior experience as a formworker and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail. You will be working with various materials such as timber, metal, and plastic to create formwork systems that meet project specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Location: Izhevsk, Russia (open to non-Russian candidates)

Salary: 1000 USD/month (accommodation provided)

Responsibilities:
- Construct formwork structures using various materials such as timber, metal, and plastic
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction of formwork
- Work with precision and attention to detail to ensure structural integrity
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project specifications are met
- Inspect and maintain formwork systems for safety and functionality
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a formworker or in a similar role
- Ability to work with various materials and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Physical fitness for manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Knowledge of safety procedures in construction industry

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in carpentry or related field
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Proficiency in Russian language
