Milling Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of milling machines to produce high-quality parts and components for our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines according to specifications and instructions
- Read technical drawings and blueprints to determine the machine settings and production methods
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments to achieve required specifications
- Maintain machinery by performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while working with machinery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator or similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with different types of milling machines (horizontal, vertical, CNC)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and operate machinery continuously
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working with machinery
