Biometric Instrument Technician in Moscow, Russia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Biometric Instrument Technician to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Biometric Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing biometric equipment used for identification and verification purposes. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate and maintain biometric equipment such as fingerprint scanners and iris recognition devices
- Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or issues with the equipment
- Conduct routine checks and inspections to ensure proper functioning of the equipment
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Train other staff members on proper usage of biometric equipment
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in biometric technology

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Proven experience working with biometric equipment such as fingerprint scanners and iris recognition devices
- Strong technical skills and ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with various testing tools and equipment used in calibration and maintenance processes
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify issues and provide solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language proficiency is a plus)
- A valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
