Waiter/Waitress


We are a high-end restaurant in Herzliya, known for our exceptional service and gourmet cuisine. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will also be responsible for handling payments and maintaining the cleanliness of your section.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining establishment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality are essential for this role. Additionally, candidates must have strong multitasking abilities and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff in a timely manner
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
- Check on guests throughout their meal, ensuring satisfaction with food and service
- Handle payment transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining establishment preferred
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
