Body Repair Master

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Herzliya. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. Your main duties will include conducting thorough inspections, assessing damages, and performing necessary repairs using various tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicle bodies and assess the extent of damages
- Determine the most efficient and effective repair methods for each case
- Use various tools and techniques to repair dents, scratches, and other damages on vehicle bodies
- Replace or repair damaged parts as needed
- Ensure all repairs are done to meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Keep track of all materials used for repairs and maintain inventory levels
- Communicate with clients regarding repair timelines and any additional services needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in an automotive setting
- Excellent knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify even the smallest damages
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain repair processes to clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification from a technical school is a plus
