Machine Operator

We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our team in Bungoma. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure efficient production. You will also be required to monitor the machines for any malfunctions and make necessary adjustments. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Machine Operator and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. This is an urgent job with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to detect any malfunctions
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machines
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Familiarity with machine tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
