Fitness Trainer
As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and guidance to clients in order to help them achieve their fitness goals. You will work with clients on a one-on-one basis or in group settings, utilizing your knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and motivation techniques to create effective workout routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess their fitness level, goals, and any limitations
- Create personalized workout plans based on client's goals and needs
- Demonstrate correct form and technique for exercises
- Motivate and encourage clients during workouts
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Provide guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
- Stay up-to-date on current fitness trends and research
Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or related field preferred
- Knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology
- Experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills for effectively working with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Passion for helping others reach their fitness goals
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
Salary: Starting at 1700$ per month
Location: Mombasa, Kenya
