Insurance Claims Adjuster

As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the extent of coverage for policyholders. Your main duties will include reviewing policy information, gathering evidence and conducting interviews to assess the validity of claims, and negotiating settlements with claimants. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records of all claims processed.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail. A thorough understanding of insurance policies and procedures is also crucial. Additionally, you should have strong communication skills to effectively interact with claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration or finance. Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required. Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations is also beneficial.

This full-time position offers a salary of 900$ per month plus benefits. The role is based in Mombasa, but we are open to candidates from Nepal who are fluent in English and possess relevant qualifications.
