Entry-Level Adjuster in Mombasa, Kenya
We are hiring an Entry-Level Adjuster to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and settling insurance claims. This is a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
- Review and investigate insurance claims to determine coverage and liability
- Collect and analyze information from various sources such as policyholders, witnesses, and medical professionals
- Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements with claimants and third-party representatives
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and decisions made
- Work closely with other departments such as underwriting and legal to ensure timely resolution of claims

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Prior experience in insurance or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month.

This position is based in Mombasa, Kenya.
