Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Siauliai. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for technology and customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone without prior experience or English skills to gain valuable hands-on experience in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install and configure new computer systems and software programs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve more complex technical issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training is a plus
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
