In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and assist with network maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of computer systems and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems
- Assist with network maintenance tasks
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team on projects and initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Experience working with Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of networking concepts is a plus
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at 1400$ per month.
