We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading the company's computer systems, servers, and networks. Your role will involve monitoring network performance, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring the security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Implement security measures to protect the company's systems from cyber threats
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and functioning properly
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and other system-related tasks
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends to make recommendations for upgrades or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP) and operating systems (e.g. Windows Server)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware) is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
