Network and Systems Administrator



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Utena, providing technical support for our Indian employees. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's network infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and security. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, and visa sponsorship available if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, configure, and maintain network systems including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other related hardware
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures such as firewalls, anti-virus software, and regular backups
- Manage user accounts and permissions for network access
- Provide technical support to employees in India for any network-related issues
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in networking technology and make recommendations for improvements to our current system

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN technologies (Cisco), and virtualization (VMware)
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals

Salary:
Starting salary of 1400$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Utena but will require occasional travel to India.
