We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Indian candidates in our company. This is an English-speaking job, so fluency in English is required. We welcome applicants without prior experience as training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Indian candidates, ensuring they are motivated and productive
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve their skills
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation and achievement of company goals
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members accordingly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for promotion or improvement
- Develop training programs to enhance the skills of the team
- Resolve any conflicts or issues within the team

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national, preferably with prior experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
