Team Lead - Gujrat, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Gujrat. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and attainment of goals. This is a contract position with an attractive salary of 1100$ per month, and accommodation will also be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency
- Train team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide recommendations for professional development
- Address any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and legal requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Lead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Proven track record in managing teams to achieve targets within strict deadlines
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred
