Team Lead - Gujrat, Pakistan

As a team lead in our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skillset and monitor progress
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to help them achieve their goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Identify areas for improvement within the team processes and implement necessary changes
- Ensure that all projects are completed within the given budget and timeframe
- Maintain open communication with upper management regarding project updates, challenges, and successes

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
