A reputable publishing company in Faisalabad is seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for arranging and formatting written content into a visually appealing and readable format. You will work closely with our editorial team to ensure the high quality and accuracy of our publications.

Responsibilities:

- Use specialized software to format text, images, and other visual elements in accordance with design guidelines
- Collaborate with the editorial team to understand the content and make necessary adjustments to layout and design
- Proofread and edit text for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors
- Ensure consistency in font styles, sizes, and spacing throughout the publication
- Incorporate feedback from editors and authors to make revisions as needed
- Prepare final files for print or digital publishing platforms
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Proficient in using typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with other team members
