A well-known coffee shop in Dickirch is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the café, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain the cleanliness of the café, including equipment, tables, and counters
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving complaints
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: $1100 per month
