Job Title: Solar Installer



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial buildings. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and safe installation of solar systems while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities:

- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Conduct site assessments to determine appropriate placement of solar panels
- Ensure proper wiring and grounding of solar systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damages

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to solar installations
- Ability to work at heights, in various weather conditions, and lift heavy equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
