Commercial Architect - Chelyabinsk, Russia



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or other design software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design plans are being followed accurately
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques
