Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing commercial buildings and structures, such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and plans for commercial buildings and structures
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of designs
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Participate in site visits to monitor progress and address any design issues that arise
- Research new materials and techniques to incorporate into designs
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect, preferably in commercial projects
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial construction
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and construction teams
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings and plans
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.
