Office Assistant

We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, managing calendars, preparing documents, and maintaining records. You should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates residing in Al-Malikiyah.
