Job Title: Office Assistant for Indian/Malayalee Speaking Candidates in Dickirch
We are hiring a dedicated and efficient Office Assistant who is fluent in Indian or Malayalee languages to join our team in Dickirch. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations of our office. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person or department
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in a systematic manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings as required
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, etc.
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, etc.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Indian or Malayalee languages (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1600$
Location: Dickirch (without accommodation)
