As an Indian Collector in Zagreb, you will be responsible for collecting payments from clients and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to collect outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities
- Negotiate payment plans with clients who are unable to pay in full
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to payments
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise
- Meet collection targets set by management
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Must be proficient in English
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
