Entry Level Collector - Zagreb, Croatia


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Collector in Zagreb, Croatia. As a collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals who have outstanding debts and arranging for payment or negotiating payment plans. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals with outstanding debts via phone, email, or letters
- Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with debtors
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with debtors
- Follow up on payment arrangements and ensure timely payments
- Communicate with other team members to resolve any issues or concerns
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding debt collection

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Croatian (English is not required)
- No previous experience in debt collection necessary
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must have own accommodation in Zagreb
- Must have valid work visa for Croatia
