Contract Collector

Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients and customers via phone, email, or mail regarding outstanding debts
- Negotiating payment plans or settlements with customers
- Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities
- Providing excellent customer service while collecting payments

- Staying updated on relevant laws and regulations related to collections

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in collections or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to collections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Zagreb, Croatia.

Preferred Nationalities:
This position is open to all nationalities; however, Pakistani and Malayalee candidates are preferred.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position.
