Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian Cuisine restaurant located in Beer-Sheva. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and managing a team of staff. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers while also achieving financial success for the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared according to standard recipes and meet quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
- Train and develop staff on proper food handling, safety procedures, customer service, and restaurant policies
- Create work schedules that meet business needs while also considering employee availability and labor costs
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss goals, performance expectations, and any concerns or feedback
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the restaurant
- Monitor expenses and manage budgets effectively to ensure financial targets are met
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience leading a team of staff
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent education
Salary: $1100 per month
City: Beer-Sheva
