Hotel Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Akron. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share for our hotel. You will also be responsible for managing sales teams, building relationships with clients, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. As an Indian national, you will have a deep understanding of the Indian market and cultural nuances that will help you effectively target and engage with potential clients.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage sales teams and provide training, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats or opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure cohesive efforts towards achieving business goals
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Strong knowledge of the Indian market and cultural nuances
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to lead a team and provide effective coaching and support
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Akron, but may require occasional travel within the region.

Note: This job is only open to Indian nationals who do not require accommodation or have prior experience in hotel sales management. Fluency in English is required for this role.
