Indian Chef


We are hiring an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Al Ahmadi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be knowledgeable about traditional Indian cuisine. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes according to recipes and standards
- Create new dishes and menus based on seasonal ingredients
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Ensure proper food safety procedures are followed at all times
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food costs to ensure profitability

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Indian Chef
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine and preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Al Ahmadi.
